HY5 Walker: Warranty & Returns Policy
HY5 Walker comes complete with a two-year limited repair or replace warranty on all hard parts, and one-year limited repair or replace warranty on cushions, caster wheels and other parts.
If there are any defects or damage, the manufacturer, at their discretion will repair, or have repaired, or replace the product without cost to the merchant or consumer. If the manufacturer chooses to accept a return, rather than to repair the product, there a several steps that must be followed and are required.
We’re confident that we have one of the best products in the marketplace, and we want you to share our confidence! That’s why we also back every sale with a 10-day conditional trial period to ensure HY5 is right for you.
All trials must take place with the user fully clothed.
Bathing or toileting during the dry trial period is strictly prohibited. Any HY5 that has been used for bathing or toileting cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Returns & Refunds
If you would like to request a return, please contact us by email on firstname.lastname@example.org and explain to us your reason(s) for requesting a return or exchange. We will issue you with a “returns order number” to send the item back.
HY5 must be repackaged into the original packaging to be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer unless the return is authorized by the Company as a warranty replacement.
When we receive your package back, we will issue a credit to the card you paid with or deposit the purchase price of your product.
Please allow 3-weeks for us to process your request and for package delivery to us.
Refunds are only applicable for Australian orders. If you have ordered from another country then please get in contact with us directly.
